Plans and downloads
What you can do without an account, what an account adds, how downloads are counted each week, and how long your pieces are kept.
Without an account
Every tool works in the browser without an account: bring a model, make molds of it, look at them in 3D and read their pour sheets. As a guest you can have a few pieces at a time, and they are kept for a while, then deleted. Sign in and they become your account's.
Taking the print files needs an account. That is the one thing an account is asked for.
How downloads are counted
On the free plan you can take the print files of a number of pieces each week. Your account page and the top bar show how many are left.
- A piece counts once. The first file you take of a piece counts it; all its files are yours to take again for the rest of that week.
- The week rolls. Each piece you took counts for 7 days from the day you took it, then frees its place. When none are left, your account page says when the next one frees up.
- Bonus downloads come after. Rewards and gifts give bonus downloads, which are used one per piece once the week's are gone.
- Deleting a piece gives nothing back. Files you already took stay yours to keep.
How long pieces are kept
On the free plan a piece is deleted some days after you last used it, with its files: your account page says how many. Opening a piece counts as using it. Download what you want to keep.
The mark
On the free plan a mark is cut into the outside of each printed case. It is on the print only, never on the plaster or the cast.
Paid plans
What each plan includes, and its price, is on the pricing page. Your plan and payments are on your account page, under Plan and billing.
