How the print files are laid out for your printer, what to print them in, and how the clamps, edge frames and printed natches go together.
The cases are what you print. You fill them with plaster (or silicone), and what sets inside them is the mold. Open your piece and choose Print files.
Pick your printer first: the print files are cut for its bed. Split for the bed lays each case on the face that prints best, and cuts a case bigger than the bed into parts that fit it. Glue or tape the seams of a cut case before you pour. Each part says whether it fits; if one does not, split again or check the printer's size.
Download all (ZIP) gives every part, to open in your own slicer, and each part also downloads on its own. Taking the files needs an account, and on the free plan it counts towards the week's downloads: see Plans and downloads.
For a Bambu Lab printer, Estimate and lay out plates has Bambu Studio lay the parts out on plates and slice them: the hours and grams of each plate, and a Bambu project (.3mf) to open in your own Bambu Studio and print plate by plate. For any other printer, download the ZIP for your slicer.
PLA or PETG both work. The cases are mostly walls, so the infill barely matters. Their walls are 2.4 mm thick unless you change the case wall: six lines with a 0.4 mm nozzle, plenty to hold wet plaster for an hour.
On the free plan a mark is cut into the outside of each case. It is on the print only, never on the plaster.
When the cases are printed, pour the plaster mold.
