Deleting your pieces, your data and your account

How to delete a piece, how long pieces are kept, how to download everything we keep about you, and how to delete your account for good.

Delete a piece

Open the piece and press the bin at the end of the bar over it (Delete this piece), or the bin on its card in Your pieces. It goes with all its files, for good: this cannot be undone.

Pieces are also deleted on their own: a guest's after a while unless they sign in, and on the free plan some days after you last used them. Your account page says how long.

Your models are yours. Nothing you upload is used to train anything.

Download your data

On your account page, under Settings, Download your data gives one file with everything we keep about your account: the account, how you sign in, your pieces and their files (as records), your downloads, rewards, and your notes and messages to us with their answers. The files themselves download from each piece.

Delete your account

On your account page, under Settings, Delete my account asks for your password (or, for an account made with Google or Facebook, a fresh sign-in) to be sure it is you. Then it deletes, for good:

A subscription is stopped at Stripe first, so nothing more is charged. Stripe, which takes the payments, keeps its own record of them. We keep counts of the jobs that ran, with nothing that says whose they were.

If you cannot sign in any more, write to us from the address of the account.
